Order details
When you create an order on www.qecho.dk, following information about the order is stored in a database: name, address, postal code, city, telephone, e-mail . We use this information to ensure that the order is sent to you, to send you an e-mail with order confirmation and to provide you updates about the order. Furthermore, all communication takes place via e-mail or, if necessary, by telephone.
“Local Pickup” or “Delivery”
When you buy Qecho from www.qecho.dk, you have two options: Order with delivery (+ pay delivery charges) or pick up on following address:

Payment
Payment Transfer
Make bank account transfer. You will receive the account details in order confirmation e-mail.
Payment Card
On www.qecho.dk you can pay using following payment cards: VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Dankort.
The card payment is done via a secure and encrypted connection, so that no one can see, recreate or use your card information. This service is provided by the Payment Provider’s module.
www.qecho.dk does not have access nor store your card information, but forwards it directly to Payment Provider, which ensures that the agreed amount can be deducted from your account.
The money will only be deducted from your account the moment the order is packed and sent, or picked up yourself.
Cash Payment
Only if you select the option to “pick up” on location in Rødovre, Denmark, you can choose to pay cash.
Delivery
When you buy Qecho from www.qecho.dk and you choose the “Delivery” option, then you need to pay delivery charges, which depends on the destination and the number of items.
We send the package usually 1-2 day after order received. The payment amount is withrawn from your card, when we send the order. Normal delivery time within Denmark is 2-5 working days.
I have received the package, but it is damaged
In case the package is damaged during delivery, then you have 48 hours to report it. If the items inside the package are damaged, then you have 7 days (counted from the day you received the package) to make a “reklamation”(complaint).
You need to attach following pictures:
- Picture of innerside of the package/box - Picture of the label of the package/box - Picture of the innerside of the box with the items and packaging - Picture of damaged item(s) - Picture of receipt/order confirmation
2 years Guarantee/Reklamationsret (“right for complaint”)
According to “købelov”(Sales law) you have 2 years “reklamationsret”(Right for complaint) to complaint about damage, missing items, or error in the product’s functionality.
“Right for complaint” doesn’t cover any damage occured due to wrong use of the product, bad maintainance or normal expiration (It is expected that user manual is read and understood and followed).
If you want to report a “damage”, please contact Customer Service contact@qecho.dk.
In case of product error in Qecho, the product is exchanged to a new.
14-days Cancellation/Fortrydelsesret (“right of cancellation”)
You have 14 days right to cancel the order, when shopping online in EU.
Cancellation must be reported to www.qecho.dk at the latest 14 days after the purchase/order. The cancellation is only valid, the ordered items must be returned at the latest 14 days after the reporting.
To receive the complete payment amount, you have to comply with same rules as when you buy any product from a physical shop: You can try the product, but not actually use it. If you have used it, it means when you cancel the order, you can only receive partly or none of the payment amount. This is also the case, if the original packaging is opened up or damaged.

Refund
If refund is agreed, then send your bank/account details, so the refund amount as agreed can be transferred.
Please note: Delivery charges are not refunded.
Return
If you have bought Qecho on physical location, you have 7-days return right, as long as the product is not used and the packaging and accessories are in proper shape (otherwise it is expected, that the amount is deducted from refund; packaging: 15 kr, personal greeting: 29 kr).
If you want to return and make use of 7-days return, please contact Customer Service contact@qecho.dk and provide information regarding the product you want to return and whether the packaging etc. is in proper shape. After confirmation, you need to send the product to the address:

Please note: If Qecho is bought with a personal greeting (even if it is part of a special offer), its price is deducted at refund – because it is specially made for order. Besides returning, it is possible to exchange the personal greeting with a new one (max one time only).

How does Qecho work
Before using the product, it is expected that you read the user manual. You can watch the video version here.
Qecho consists of 5 buttons to play audio files.
You can change the sound box by removing and adding audio files as you like (read the user manual here). Please note: only audio files downloaded from www.qecho.dk can be used.
Recharging
Qecho has a builtin rechargble battery, which can be charged using USB cable connected to your computer or plug.

You can initiate new password by clicking “I forgot my password” from the page My Qecho.
Known “Errors” and Solution
I cannot turn on Qecho. Hold down the button on Qecho’s head(approx. 2-3 seconds) until Qecho says “Assalam-u-alaykum”.
Sound box has 512 MB capacity for audio files. You will receive an error message, if you try to insert an audio file, which exceeds the total capacity. You then need to delete one or more audio files to make room for it.
Audio file doesn’t work: Audio file which is not downloaded from www.qecho.dk is not compatible with the sound box, hence it will not work inside the sound box, and in worst case the sound box will be permanently damaged. Read user manual to follow the guidelines to download and setup audio files inside Qecho sound box.

Qecho doesn’t work – Check out following:
a) Is the sound box charged (atleast 1 hour)?
b) Turn the sound box off and on (inside Qecho’s back) , then press the button on Qecho’s head, and hold it down 2-3 seconds, until it says “Assalam-u-alaykun”.
c) Check if following folders are listed inside Qecho’s sound box, when connected to a computer: audio, leftFt, leftWg, nose, rightFt, rightWg
I cannot download audio files: We recommend browser Chrome. There may be problems with some functionality when using Internet Explorer or other browsers.
Audio files are not played in the right order: 1) Make sure that the audio files are in correct order inside a folder sorted by name 2) Empty the folder on sound box 3) Insert audio files one by one in the order you want them to play.
I want to try and play audio file before downloading, but I cannot click the “play” button: Refresh the page and search again.
How often are the audio files uploaded to www.qecho.dk?
Qecho content, the audio files are developed by Team Qecho. There is not any fix release dates. If you wish for any specific content, write to contact@qecho.dk.

Audio files by Qecho, which are available for download, are protected by copyright law. QZ Learning Aps owns all rights to the audio files, including the text used in the audio. Use of the audio files is only allowed inside Qecho sound box. Any other use of it; changing it, sharing it, distribution, copying it, or selling it, is illegal!

Purpose of collecting personal data
www.qecho.dk collects personal information about you, for example name, telephone no., e-mail, address and card information when making order through the webshop.
Sharing of your data with third party
Your information, which is collected during order in the webshop, is shared with a third part, which is the Payment provider we use and have an agreement with.
Protection of your data
According to bookkeeping law the order details and your information is stored in 5 years – after that they are completly deleted from the database.
Your login details to access downloading of audio files to Qecho soundbox are not deleted, unless you ask us to delete it. Please note, if you ask us to delete your profile, you cannot get a new one, unless you buy a new Qecho.
You can at any point, ask for data registered about you.
How do I receive news from www.qecho.dk?

Warning
- – Never play Qecho audio close to your ears, it can have bad effects.
- – Remove all packaging before giving the product to a child.
- – Little children playing with Qecho should be under observation by an adult.
- – Recharging and Setting up audio files inside sound box must be handled by an adult and under observation; after recharging the cable must be disconnected to prevent fire hazard. Sound box must not be played while recharging, as it reduces the battery life.
- – Only Qecho audio files must be used in the sound box, otherwise it can break
- – If Qecho gets in contact with water, or if you throw Qecho, or if you try to pull out the sound box, it can cause damage, which can break the sound box permanently..
Wrong Use of Sound Box Can Break it
The guarantee lapses, if you don’t comply with following:
- – Don’t use audio files other then the once downloaded from www.qecho.dk, inside Qecho sound box, otherwise it will break.
- – You can only insert or delete audio files in following 5 folders: LeftFt, · LeftWg, · Nose, · RightFt, · RightWg
- – You cannot change audio files in other folders then the once mentioned above
- – You cannot change, create, delete folders inside Qecho sound box
